My first job interview

Today I attended a job interview, but the result didn't meet with my expectation, I failed. Yes, I failed, I just don't have the experiences of being a teacher. I don't know why, after I went to society, there are too many failures waiting for me. Maybe I didn't grow up, I am immature, if so, I would like to challenge myself to change, I would like all kinds of challenge.
